Ingredients

Beef, water, salt, sugar, flavorings, lemon pepper (sugar, flavorings, maltodextrin, salt, dextrose, dehydrated lemon peel, citric acid, oil of lemon, sunflower oil) and sodium nitrite. Our BBQ flavor contains MSG, and all flavors except Teriyaki, Fiery Teriyaki and Korean BBQ are gluten-free.

Storage

Once a bag is opened, it should be eaten or frozen within seven days. We guarantee unopened bags will remain fresh until at least the Sell By date on the packaging.

To store, keep jerky in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, closed tightly to keep out as much air as possible. Avoid storing in the refrigerator, as condensation and moisture can shorten shelf life.

To freeze, we recommend wrapping the jerky in aluminum foil, butcher paper, or wax paper in addition to the plastic bag. This will prevent the loss of moisture, and maintain the quality of your beef jerky for longer.
