It’s hand made and packaged by hand in our USDA-inspected facility in York. PA. Big John’s also is dedicated to sourcing ingredients within Pennsylvania, and even sources our turkey from local farmers here in York.

Store your jerky in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. Once a bag is opened, remove as much air as possible and close the bag to maintain freshness. Opened bags of jerky should be eaten or frozen within 7 days. Avoid the refrigerator because changes in temperatures can cause condensation in the bag and lead to a shortened shelf life.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped, and an extra day or so around the Holidays. Since we don’t keep a large amount of jerky in inventory, your order any also be delayed by a few days if we run out of something you’ve ordered. We’ll get it shipped as soon as we have everything needed to fill your order. Transit time is generally 1-3 business days for US customers and 3-6 business days for Canadian/US Military customers. Contact Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns.
